“Why does God allow tornadoes?”
“Why hasn’t God helped the good people find Khadafy?”
“If God can stop the bad things why doesn’t he just do it?”
“Why can’t the kids in Iraq send their own dads to fight the war?”
These are just a few of the latest questions from my sweet Harry. I am thankful that he has the faith of a child and seems satisfied with answers from the Word of God (thank goodness for some verses memorized years ago during mentorship by a dear friend :) I can learn much from Harry.
Then we have this little monkey.....he has a very different set of "whys?"
"Why can't I eat all 10 gummy snacks in the box?'
"Why aren't chocolate chips a good choice for breakfast?"
"Why is Yoda so old?"
Today I am thankful for tough & easy questions, nerf bullets hitting me while making dr. appointments, spilled milk at dinner (a very full glass), and another day with these two precious miracles.
And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.
